| Safety requirements of competition and compensation for loss or damage |
The level of safety at the competition shall be ensured in accordance with the safety rules of Formula SAE®. In addition, sufficient safety training shall be provided for the competition judges and other personnel. The organizer shall take out accident insurance for spectators and staff members. |
| Stoppages or changes to the competition |
The contents of the competition or its rules may be altered or the competition may be stopped based on the judgment of the organizers due to poor weather, unforeseen, or unavoidable circumstances. |

The organizer, sponsors, and supporting institutions shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for any accident or damage that may occur during the Competition, other than for reasons attributable to the organizer. |
